I normally enjoy some nice shopping, but if I have to purchase one more thing, I think I'll jam my credit card into my eye socket. On the upside, however, we now have coat hangers, a chair for the computer desk, I have a carrier for my laptop, usb port saver-card-thingy, and a super-expensive 2-year gym membership, we also have catfood, people food, a bed, sheets and pillowcases, a microwave, shower curtain, towels and a bath mat, vacuum cleaner, ugly rubber boots, tennis balls for Penny, Tupperware for the pets' food, and a bunch of other stuff.

Oh, and apparently the Today sponge will soon be returning to US markets. I, for one, am quite excited about this occurence. I had an experience straight out of Seinfeld this morning, as I asked a pharmacist if they carry the Today sponge. It has not yet reached US markets, though it can be purchased from Canada.

Ryan and I "went out" this past Thursday, to the goth night at the local gay bar, Legends. We didn't really talk to the other patrons much (yeah, we're pussies) but I danced and we drank and the music was all industrially and awesome towards the end of the night- I think [info]schmooo would've loved it! At first we thought it was going to be empty and boring, but things livened up around midnight. There was this one girl in roller-skates, which really seemed a bit silly and a ploy for attention more than anything else. There were some nice-seeming people, and of course those annoying girls who glare at anyone new who dares to look good and have fun at THEIR club. Bah on them!

I'm planning on being a vegetable tomorrow in preparation for the orientation beginning on Monday.
